When an individual chooses to submit information to APOA, they are giving their consent to that information being used in the process of meeting their requests.

Consent is also then given for us to transfer such information, if required by us, internationally, which may not operate equivalent high level data protection programs. Where appropriate, we will require the third-party to enter into a contract with us to ensure continued protection of personal information.
